#223-365 Pair

This is the first of my series of paintings on a local fence and is in reality painted in a very western style so that you can see the ability of those who decorated the fence. I chose this Panel to go first as it is significant in one aspect "There is No Rainbow Serpent" depicted in this panel and it is not an outer panel, it is in the middle and I think it illustrates an awareness by the painter that they exist in our world as well as their own.

The rainbow serpent is the Aboriginal Creation Being and not being an expert would rather you follow any interests through your own resources. A link to get you started is available at
http://www.dakibudtcha.com.au/kurbingaibah.htm
which is the website of those responsible for the kurbingaibah complex which this fence encloses. Please enjoy these and the following images while respecting the inherent rights of the individuals who created this art. I will post a second image later today. Enjoy!

Very nice, Ron! I like the angle you shot this from. It draws the eye over to the next panel, making me curious as to what comes next. Thanks for the link! I'll definitely check it out.

The artists creating these are wonderful. You have given them much credit by passing this along to the rest of the world.
