I went back to the Dog Park at Noosa that I have talked about before, where I met "Echo" the most gorgeous of Long Haired German Shepherds I have ever met. The usual crowd was there and they were all having a ball, not the one that Echo has as he wasn't giving that up to anyone. There must have been 20 dogs there when I was there, and Wolf who you met in my Canine Companions posting was still the big dog on the block and kept everyone in line. One new dog came into the park and started to become a bit rambunctious with a few of the smaller dogs, in a flash Wolf was there to lay down the law, with one low growl, and right behind him was Echo a very effective looking deputy in my opinion. The surprising thing for me was that Wolf and Echo then went and checked on all the dogs in turn, greeting them in a friendly fashion as if to reasure them. The New dog stayed, had a lot of fun and play wrestling, caused no trouble but never came too close to either Wolf or Echo, who both seemed oblivious to his existence.
