#239-365 Power
This is the second photo I took of our TV screen that showed the leopard in repose. And although I know that Elephant and the like are maybe a bit stronger than a Leopard, I can't see them dragging something that is more than their own body weight to the top branches of a tree and Leopards do, nearly every time they kill to eat.
Lions which are more powerful (Muscle wise) can't do that so this Lady has in my opinion the title of Power of the Jungle. You also have to admire that they do it all alone too, they are solitary animals, both as males and females. I have read that many tribes in regions where they flourish call them Silent Death, based solely on their ability to hunt effectively.
One final comment on shooting from the TV is that if I can get a shot like this, how superb must the original footage have been, the cameraman that took this has done a Masterly job and more Power to him or her.

That is gorgeous, Ron. I thought you took it at the zoo.
Your shot is fabulous and so is their's!! At that close range it's a good thing he is on TV!!
Great choice for the theme! Another first-rate shot!
Wow, this looks like you were right on top of him, (or on top of your tv)! :) Wonderful shot of a beautiful animal! Power says it all!
Great take on the theme and nice shot off the TV! Can you imagine, if the footage is so great, how awesome must it have been in person?
Gorgeous take from your TV!
It yells power!
That leopard does NOT look like it's in repose!
I wouldn't have known it was a tv shot! Turned out super! I was watching the original Star Wars movies last night for the first time (a wee bit behind everyone else you might say! lol) when I saw C3PO with that other droid and thought to myself that would be perfect for GOLD AND SILVER! So whether out walking or watching tv/movies we are always engaged in THE CHALLENGE it seems! : )
