The Bee depicts how I see myself trying to accomplish this challenge, and the crystal ball means I trapped myself. Looks like a load of fun! Sorry but the Postings of Boy, Foreign and Hands won't link successfully! Can't fix it!

Isn't it wonderful when the children celebrate their heritage? My DH is of Swedish lines and in this little California valley there are a lot of Swedish families. There were a lot of heritage celebrations until recently....there weren't that many younger people stepping up to the plate to take over responsibilities handed down from father to son. Too bad!
These types of festivities are fun to attend whether you are of that particular nationality or not. The "U" of Washington (Seattle) district has a StreetFair festivity in mid May each year. Near by Greek restaurants have booths, as well as other types of vendors. The food is to die for!! Lots of fun for all ages.
Looks like a fun time for all!
I wonder how much their parents paid them to do this LOL!! Love their smiles!
Sounds like a lot of fun to participate in these kind of festivities. The kids look great and the colors are just beutiful.
What I find so interesting is how the imagery transcends location - Greek dancing in Australia and it looks like it could have been a shot taken in NY. It really illustrates the Global Village too.
What a great time!
The kids sure love this festival. It's nice seeing them having so much fun.
