For those who believed that this would be the last Dreamtime posting, bad luck I found another shot and will post that this evening. My rationale is that I am going away for nearly two weeks (Photographing away from home) and want to get a little ahead before I go. This photo is one I believe was painted by a non Aborigine or at least an aborigine schooled in western ways, because I haven't seen the like elsewhere, but it is a beautiful painting. Again the magnificence of the rainbow serpent is overwhelming and an absolute visual treat. I know that most of you realize that this is just a common or garden variety backyard fence, and some of you seem to have picked up on my awe for it, but yesterday I mentioned it to a couple of my friends who in general were not aware of it or at most had just noticed it as they travelled around. This astounded me and made me wonder if they actually notice traffic lights when they drive, I will be a lot more careful driving around here in future. I guess I am different to others as I just want to get on with living life as fully as I can, until the coach sends me to the showers. So i will finish off today with a quote from Aretha Franklin "R.E.S.P.E.C.T." Oh hang on I say that every day. Them Blues Brothers did it right"!

#326-365 Things with Wings

You entertain me and my husband everyday! We enjoy all of your posts and comments that you have left for me as well. It's so nice that you Love where you are. Ed and I will be leaving on a cross country tour in our motor home in April. Hopefully we'll be able to find some treasure to share with you as we traverse our wonderful country too!
I love your fence shots. (I always wonder how anyone can drive around and see NOTHING!) I'm looking everywhere all the time (including the road!). Observation is one of my favorite pastimes, driving or not!
