For those who felt robbed of Sails!
My apologizies for being an Sydneyite, we are so used to seeing the boats and ships on the harbour my only thought is that I must have subconsciously shot past them. This shot is a good look at the Sydney Skyscape with a smattering of vessels for the traditionalists among you, it really is the most beautiful of Harbours. In the center you can see Fort Dennison, which is built on an island just up from Farm Cove where the previous shot was taken. It was built during convict days and had the delightful name of PinchGut, because that was were the trouble makers were housed and food deliveries were somewhat irregular (or so I believe as it is certain that I would never have ended up there) A later post on public transport will have a closer view of this imposing structure.

Very nice Skyscape and the sailboats give the feel that there is time to enjoy the water.
Gorgeous with the city scape behind the boats - Really a nice and relaxing image!!
This must truly be a sight to see. I would love to see Australia.
Bo
It's beautiful with or with out boats and ships.
Thank you for bringing a bit of warm weather to help me make it through the cold up here! Nice juxtaposition of urban structures and leisure activity.
Love the city behind the water. Great image.
Yes, that is exactly what I mean. You know, dogs have owners but cats have staff. ;)
Great photo with the sailboats and the skyscrapers. Beautiful blue tones.
Gorgeous! Is the water truly that blue? I don't know why Texas is supposed to be the place of bigger everything and exaggeration. Seems to me Australia wins that contest hands down!
It all comes together in a great photo! The skyline, the sailboats and that beautiful blue water!
Wonderful!
This photograph is absolutely breathtaking. Great job.
