I went to Taronga park Zoo yesterday and it was sizzling, this delightful lady was forced to try and find a cool spot outside while her mate lay flat on his back in the relative cool of the inside enclosure. He was that large though that I wasn't game to use the flash to snap him for fear of annoying him, the glass didn't look THAT strong to me, so I understand her plight, and anyway Bubs got plenty to drink.

From the looks of that bridge I'm guessing Sydney. Poor mama looks like she is suffering from heat stroke!! Hope you are having an awesome holiday.

The photos I've previously seen of the Sydney Opera House always made it look huge. Here in you photo, it looks small compared to the surroundings and especially that bridge!
Hear there are some wildfires down under. Hope you aren't near any of them.
She looks positively miserable in the heat. At least she's in the shade. (And Junior doesn't seem bothered at all--as long as lunch is handy!)

Wow, Sydney is beautiful - look at all that sunshine and blue! And that poor mom, I don't think it is heat stroke - I think she is thinking she needs a drink because her kid is driving her NUTS! :)

Hmmmm.... just like the male to be laying prone in the most comfortable spot in the home while the female tends to the offspring regarless of the obstacles... Nice shot though - really captures the uncomforatble situation.

I have never been in Australia, but from the pictures I have seen I thought the opera house was MUCH larger!
