On the weekend I caught sight of this character outside a Noosa Burger Joint, apparently things are a bit tough as he looks under weight to me and appears to be singing for his Breakfast, at a Burger Joint just after 6.00am Can anyone from Tennesse give me an Idea Who He Might Be?

On the weekend I caught sight of this character outside a Noosa Burger Joint, apparently things are a bit tough as he looks under weight to me and appears to be singing for his Breakfast, at a Burger Joint just after 6.00am Can anyone from Tennesse give me an Idea Who He Might Be?
