This was part of the sideshow exhibits at the Redcliffe Show, which I attended a little while back and although I am not a car man per se, I was attracted by the colours and the chrome, and I think it makes a pleasing photo.

Great car - love the flames in the paint job. Nice angle for the photo, too.
Of course I got it Ron, 4 pipes coming out of one side and four on the other, if my math is still correct that would be eight. BTW I'm diggin the ride.

It does not take a man to appreciate cars. Some women "know" cars and engines too. I like the chrome headers (coming off the head) and the long chrome muffler leading to the tailpipes. And yes, boomer, the 4 on this side means there are 4 on the other side, which equals 8 cylinder. This vehicle would be "hot" - capable of speed (and a gas guzzler). (That's a bit of car lingo for you!) So I can appreciate shiny objects too! lol
I'd really like a ride in this jalopy - I'd say drive it, but the steering wheel is on the wrong side for me. :D
I am from a family of professional drivers (not race car drivers) - three were over the road truckers, three of us women were school bus drivers and one continued on to become a dump-truck driver. I drove school bus for 12 years and even drove over the road too until I decided it wasn't my cup of tea. Was "second" mechanic to my late DH when it came to car repairs.
