I took this snap of the Captain Cook Tavern Kippa Ring's offers to entice patronage a few weeks ago, I was initially drawn by the colour and Pizazz, but as i was cropping my eye lit on the Bistro come-on for Thursday Nights, traditionally "Late Night Shopping" night in Australia.The Tavern is located right beside the Kippa Ring Village and Peninsula Fair Shopping Centres, as if a PUB would need anything more than beer at a reasonable price to attract male Australian Patrons - I personally don't drink beer but you can choose for yourself whether you believe or not. Also in Queensland beer is spelled XXXX because after a few, who cares how it's spelled.
