Back to the Northern Territory, when we stopped for a drink and the guide told us about the Bush apples I posted yesterday, there was a whole flock of Cockateels hanging around the store and Motel site, here are a few taking advantage of the tree tops to catch what little breeze there was, but the main action was the constant bickering to get the opportunity to drink from the condensation overflow pipe of the store's air conditioning unit, this guts seemed to win most of the battles so I guess he was Top Cock(Y)teel that day!

King for the day! What fun pictures, I would love to see these flying around somewhere other than a zoo or pet shop!

I'm still amazed by your shots of wild birds that here in the US Midwest are considered exotic and kept indoors as pets!

Again some great birds that we only see as pets (though we do have some parrots in some areas this far south).
