As I was getting ready for this challenge, last year, I wemt past a site near the Brisbane River that was housing Cirque du soleil, and they had the most enchanting Tent but I wanted to stick to the rules as you know I am such a stickler for such things, so rather than use a 2008 photo I waited until the first opportunity in 2009 and rushed back to the site, which by then had reverted to a dusty block of ground (and that is all)! I took this shot at the Farm Funtastic event I attended and reported on for a few days some time back,d it filled the bill but I put off posting hoping for something better. Then I heard news that the Spiegeltent was to be in Brisbane for our festival so off I rushed to get a shot of that only to find it gone the morning of the day I arrived. So I have had two days this year when The Circus Left Town without me so I guess Tammy is wrong, just goes to prove I am Not a Clown or they would have waited.

hadn't noticed but I think it is a given that country folk wear Blue Jeans EH?
Even the city folk might be tempted to wear their blue jeans at a Farm Fantastic event.

LOL Ron, you must have been one scary clown for them not to wait! I do have to say, a clown w/ patience, can't believe you waited a year for that shot, but it definitely paid off! :)
I was laughing on your comment about the fire hydrants being frozen over...my poor dogs, we put them out to potty and we can't find them under all the snow! :)
Love those tents. And the sky is drop-dead gorgeous.
